If you’re a life-long learner, you’re always looking for good sources to add to your store of (useless?) knowledge. Over the past few years, more and more university courses have been going online. I’ve been a fan of UC Berkeley’s video lectures for a while (Brian Harvey’s CS61A is pretty great — you have to go to Fall 2008 for the most recent ones). A new consortium of schools has formed (Berkeley, Harvard, MIT, Princeton, Stanford, and Yale) and is published course videos and content on a new site:
Slate.com says it’s “like Hulu, but for nerds.” ‘Nuff said.
